課程概述

The course covers topics of atmospheric dynamics, wind field modeling, aerodynamics and structural response of wind turbines. A series of mechanics and engineering issues of wind-structure interaction are introduced. 

課程目標
The course aims to help students to understand basic theories of wind energy engineering, to learn how to evaluate the nature of winds and wind turbine loads through practices of computational code design, and to polish the skills for solving mechanical problems related to wind turbines.
